City offers reward in fight to stop grafitti, dumping
The City of Los Angeles offers a reward of $1,000 for information resulting in the identification, apprehension and conviction or final adjudication of anyone committing the act of graffiti vandalism or illegal dumping.

To have graffiti removed within 72 hours in the City of Los Angeles, call 311. For County property such as the L.A. River, call 211.
